Lanark Distillery is a small batch Distillery producing handcrafted Gin using a traditional alembic copper pot still.
With a height of 26 metres Corra Linn is the highest linn (Scots: waterfalls) of four waterfalls within the Falls of Clyde Reserve near Lanark.
Founder of Lanark Distillery, Ulrich Ixkes, started Lanark Distillery after graduating with a MSc in Brewing and Distilling from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
After working as a Brewer, Head-Brewer and Distiller for several years he decided to create his own Gin with the objective of promoting Lanark and the Clyde Reserve near Lanark.
